We consider each and every reunion to be a unique and special event. Although we have developed procedures over the years which allow us to coordinate many reunions each season, we have never strayed from our core mission to provide individualized service so that your reunion will have its own distinct personality. We will handle the hundreds of details associated with your reunion and act as your guide and collaborator in the months leading up to your event. You’ll find our staff eager to help make your reunion a success. Removing the Financial Burden Reunions With Class assumes the financial risk for the event by taking on the responsibility for all deposits and other payments required in advance. This benefit alone can save you thousands in up-front fees—and prevents you from holding the bag after the reunion if there is a financial shortfall. We also carry liability insurance, which can help to put your mind at ease. Managing the List A crucial and important undertaking is the creation of your classmate database. Reunions With Class takes pride in compiling and maintaining a highly accurate, up-to-date class list. This allows us to manage and process reservations and provide the planning committee with a wide range of reports – keeping you informed at all times on the status of your classmates. Finding Your Classmates A good turn-out is fundamental for a successful reunion. In order to achieve great attendance, the message must be delivered to as many classmates as possible. Reunions With Class has the vast experience and resources at its disposal to assure a high percentage of your classmates are located. We utilize a variety of methods to conduct a national search, and verify that the information is accurate so that the right “Steve Johnson” receives his reunion announcement. In the event any mail is returned, we follow-up and do our best to get the mail piece delivered promptly. Our Website As a committee member, you will have access to a complete set of online tools which give you access to the entire class database. You never have to be “out of the loop” when it comes to the current status of your reunion.
