Job Opportunities

If any of the positions listed below are of interest to you and you would like more information, please contact us and include a brief overview of your work experience and any specific questions you might have. We will review your information and contact you promptly. Thank you for your interest.

Intern
This is a seasonal position that changes with the ebb and flow of the reunion planning cycle, but whatever the time of year, we will keep you hopping. An internship at Reunions With Class will give you the opportunity to gain valuable, hands-on work experience and expose you to all aspects of the reunion planning business from top to bottom. The hours are generally 20-30 hours/week with a 10 week minimum commitment.

Photographer
If you are a photographer with experience taking photographs of large groups, we are interested in hearing from you. As part of our planning service, we schedule a “class photo” for most of our reunion events. You will need to have your own equipment including a high quality camera, lighting, ladder, extension cord, etc. Our photographers shoot digitally and provide us with a CD containing several exposures. It is approximately a 30-45 minute process once you arrive at the reunion venue. Reunions With Class pays a flat fee for this service.

Event Staff
This position is utilized from early summer to late fall. Our event staff members work on-site at the reunion to make sure the evening runs smoothly for our clients. Tasks may include setting up for the event (decorations, check-in desk, assisting reunion committee), alumni check-in, helping with the class photo, selling mementos and assisting classmates with any questions they may have. Our event staff represent “the face” of Reunions With Class so a professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and the ability to multi-task under pressure are necessary qualifications.
